Always confirm a routing number directly with your credit union before sending a wire transfer or other irreversible transaction. Routing numbers can change when credit unions merge, and the FedACH directory may not reflect a change for several weeks. A misdirected wire transfer can be difficult or impossible to recover.
The routing numbers on this site are ABA routing transit numbers used for domestic US transfers. International wires require a SWIFT/BIC code, which is a different identifier. Many credit unions do not maintain their own SWIFT code and route international wires through a correspondent bank. Contact your credit union for international wire instructions.
